Hiroyuki Takami

Hiroyuki Takami (貴水博之 Takami Hiroyki, born June 2, 1969 Saitama City, Japan, born 福田博之 Hiroyuki Fukuda) is a member of the Japanese pop group access or AXS.
Hiroyuki Takami (nickname Hiro) was born Hiroyuki Fukuda. Later using the stage name "Hiroyuki Takami" raised in Saitama he was active in many things in school including various sports. He was an English major in college and was an exchange student in America for one year. However upon his return to Japan he began singing. His first single "Grevious Rain" was the ending theme for the anime "Getto Robo G" His first group was HOT SOXX. He recorded songs for newly solo composer/synthist Daisuke Asakura and in 1992 they formed the group access (aka AXS). Having not attended classes regularly he dropped out of college in 1992. He remained in access until 1994 when the group split up. He continued his solo career and started in musicals and movies including Wangan Midnight Return, Little Shop of Horrors, and Boy's Time. In 2002 he reunited with Daisuke Asakura in access.
