Hiroshi Masuoka (増岡 弘 Masuoka Hiroshi?) (born August 7, 1936) is a Japanese seiyū, best known for his role as Muten Roshi during the last episodes of Dragon Ball Z and all of Dragon Ball GT following Kohei Miyauchi's death. He currently works for Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
