Hiring is a critical element in Human Resources (HR). Large companies even grant hiring contracts to other companies as they can't manage this themselves. Hiring is one of the most crucial tasks of an HR department in an organization.
With the advent of Internet, online hiring has gained popularity as more and more people have started using online hiring systems. Both employer and candidate now likes to avail the benefits of a web based hiring system. There are now many CV management systems and online hiring solutions available in the market.
