Protected space approved list modifiable by any adminstrator gives uses the ability to close xFD and CSD as deletes (already can close keeps). You close the xFD/CSD as delete, mark the page with {{trusteddeletion}}, and the bot deletes everything in the associated category, but only if last edited by a user on the list. Abuse the process in the eyes of an adminstrator? Poof, off the list. Adminstrator being a doosh in terms of adding/removing people? Rfar.

Similar processes can be used for protecting pages {{trustedprotect}}/{{trustedsemi}} and blocking users {{trustedblock}}.

Rollback is a meaningless tool.

Bot can be open source because admin bots need to be open source.
