Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by fair use laws because:

It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover that couldn't therefore be used to make illegal copies of the artwork
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way.
It is used widely by record label in promotional materials.
