Hi! This is Himanshu Satija. I am a student of Class IX in The Mother's International School, New Delhi, India. I find wikipedia very useful as it helps me a lot in my projects,assignments and homeworks. I recommend you try to contribute all the articles you can, because this is a perfect place to tell the world about something you think is unique. It also gives me a chance to learn about things I barely knew about.

I am very interested in Maths, Science and Computers. I also am an avid quizzer and voracious reader. My favourite genre is Fantasy and my favourite authors are Philip Pullman, Terry Pratchett and C.S.Lewis, Susan Cooper, Ursula LeGuin and J.R.R.Tolkien. I also enjoy Science Fiction and my favourite authors of sci-fi are Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, Douglas Adams and Frank Herbert. I love detective stories too, and my favourite detective stories are those involving Sherlock Holmes, Feluda and Hercule Poirot.

I also enjoy listening to music. My favourite bands in English are Iron Maiden, and Judas Priest. I also like some songs of Linkin Park, but very few. In Hindi, I enjoy listening to Strings, Euphoria, Jal, Junoon, Fuzon, Indian Ocean and many other bands. My favourite Indian Music Composer is A.R.Rahman. I also like Pritam and Vishal-Shekhar. I also enjoy Indian Classical Music, and play have been playing the Tabla, an Indian Classical Instrument, for quite some time.
