HIMI is also the official abbreviation for Heard Island and McDonald Islands

Himi (氷見市; -shi) is a city located in Toyama, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 55,476 and the density of 240.88 persons per km². The total area is 230.31 km².

The city was founded on August 1, 1952.
