Hime Azumi (安曇姫, Azumi Hime^?) is a character in the fictional world of Tokyo Black Cat Girl. Though she shares some similarities to the basic Mew Mew design, Hime is not actually a Mew Mew, as the concept of a Mew Mew was developed after.

Hime is a character in Tokyo Black Cat Girl, a side story in "Tokyo Mew Mew" volume four. The story is separate from the Tokyo Mew Mew storyline.

Right after Noda told Hime he wanted to be with her, she was suddenly blown away by a strange wind and bright lights that gave her the ability to transform using a special battlesuit. She changes into Princess Azumi to fight the Bakus and defend Tokyo, aided by the intergalactic police member, Masha.

Hime is both sweet and shy, but also couragious. Her personality is close to Ichigo Momomiya's.

Name Translation: "姫 hime"= princess, "安 azu"= peaceful, inexpensive "曇 mi"= cloudy weather
Name Pronounciation: Hee-meh Ah-zu-mee
Alias: Princess Azumi. It should be noted that her first name translates to princess, meaning she could possibly have no alias in the Japanese version.

Age: Unknown, probably close to the ages of Ichigo Momomiya, Mint Aizawa, Lettuce Midorikawa, and Berry Shirayuki.

Animal: Isn't specified, but could be a domestic black cat. Since she is not a Mew Mew, though, there probably isn't a specific species of an endangered cat that she is infused with.
Love interest: Noda

She has the ears and tail of the black cat, and therefore has cat-like abilities like Mew Ichigo. Her powers don't include weapons. She seems to attack by snapping her fingers, or pointing her index finger.

Attacks: Total Destruction Psycho Fireworks!, Rising Dragon Lightining Bolt!, and Super Special Ultra Starmain!

It is possible that Ikumi modeled Azumi after herself, as she wears cat ears and interesting costumes to her book signings.
Hime is named Princess in the English manga, the literal translation for "Hime".
