Hilston is a hamlet in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England, in an area known as Holderness. It is situated approximately 12 miles east of Kingston upon Hull city centre and 5 miles north west of Withernsea. It lies to the east of the B1242 road.

It forms part of the civil parish of Roos.
