Hillside Senior Public School

Hillside Senior Public School is a middle school located in 1290 Kelly Road, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Peel District School Board. As of September 2005, there are 647 students from grades 6 to 8. Grade 5 students from Willow Glen Public School, Elmcrest Public School, Ashgrove Public School, and Garthwood Park Public School automatically go to Hillside for grade 6.

The school is made up of a two-storey building with a basement and six portables. Inside the main building is a gymnasium that boasts a movable wall that cuts it in half, a state of the art library, two science laboratories, computer lab and a lunchroom.

The school principal is Dr. Lynn Eagle. The current vice-principal is Paul Officer. The school has two secretaries, Frances Ripley and Mary Wilson. During the morning and lunch hours, some students also work in the office.
The school librarian is Wendy Connoly. The Physical Education Instructor is Adam Stanley. There are at least 9 classes in every grade. The lunch supervisors are Joan Keizs and Pauline Sommers.

The school counsellors are Mrs.Pettipas, Mrs.Proctor and Mr.Sorrel. They can all be found in the Guidance Office at certain times of the day.

The school has its own mascot, a hornet, called by many "Hillside Hornet" although it is still unnamed. The school colours are yellow and black.
