Hillgrove Farm

Hillgrove Farm, near Witney in Oxfordshire, UK, was the last commercial breeder of cats for animal experiments in the UK.

It closed down in 1999 after an intense two-year campaign by animal rights activists under the banner of Save The Hillgrove Cats. Over 800 cats were re-homed when it closed.
