Hikma Pharmaceuticals (LSE: HIK) is a publicly limited pharmaceutical manufacturing company that produces licenced and generic drugs. The firm was founded in Amman, Jordan in 1978, but is now headquartered in London. In August 1996, Hikma Pharmaceuticals became the first Arab company to export pharmaceutical products to the United States[1]. During 2005, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Hikma Pharma Ltd and Isitituto Biochimico Pavese Pharma.
