[edit] Your edits to Interstate 82
The exit list you created does not meet the standards set at WP:IH/ELG. It's fine for now, but I suggest you stop uploading the exit sign PNGs you're currently adding to the list, as they won't be used when the exit list is cleaned up to meet the standards.
Also, I've removed the new interstate PNGs you've uploaded from a couple of articles, as the image dimensions were wrong for some of them (too wide), and the state name you added on does not appear to be the correct font. (Also, I think the text and the numeral are too close together; it appears you may have just added in the text to the existing SVG.)
All road sign images should be in SVG format whenever possible. -- NORTH talk 22:40, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
- I noticed you removed the exit sign PNGs. Don't worry, you're not necessarily expected to write a complete exit list adhering to the standards right off the bat. Here are some tips you might want to follow so you can clean up the I-82 list (if you wish, if not, someone else will be more than happy to do it), and write some more that are more acceptable for first drafts:
- You don't need a separate column for symbols. They should go in the same column as the road names. Use 20px as the dimensions for narrow shields, and 25px as the dimensions for wide shields.
- WA 821 doesn't match the naming convention at WP:USSH, or what's used in the infobox. It should be SR 821 (for "State Route"). (This varies by state. If you work on any Oregon lists, that state does use OR.)
- Don't use "aka". Either put the road name in parentheses, or separate it with a comma. (Some people use slashes instead of commas, I'm not sure which one is preferred.)
- RD should not be capitalized. If you must abbreviate, use "Rd.", but it's preferred to spell it out.
- I hope this helps. -- NORTH talk 23:00, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] A couple reminders
Hi, please don't forget to use an edit summary, and it's also helpful if you use the show preview button instead of making multiple edits to the same article. Thanks and happy editing! Katr67 00:27, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:I-5(Washington).PNG, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you.
