Higinbotham Province is an electoral province for the Victorian Legislative Council in Australia. It elects two members for eight year terms, with one member coming up for election every four years. Traditionally it has been a Liberal seat, but at the 2002 Victorian election Labor candidate Noel Pullen won the seat, and now holds it alongside Liberal Chris Strong.
