Highway D3 (Czech: Dálnice D3) is a highway in the Czech Republic. It will go Prague through Tábor and České Budějovice to Kaplice and there continue as Expressway R3.

As of 2006 only 8 km of full motorway (+ 18 km of semi-highway) are in operation near the city of Tábor and Veselí nad Lužnicí. Another 7 km segment near Tábor is under construction (opening expected in 2007). Most controversial and disputed is planned segment in Central Bohemian Region.

25 km long section from Kaplice to the border with Austria with future Mühlviertler Schnellstraße is considered to be built as Expressway R3.
