  • The Village; corner of Wittenoom & Dundas Road.

Planning for The Village's site took approximately 10 years. Construction began in November 2005, and was expected to be completed and opened by late 2006. The construction of the centre is completed and has been partially opened as of January 2007.

Exact tenancy for The Village has not been confirmed, but includes the following:[citation needed]
  • High Wycombe Hotel Redevelopment; Lot 583 Kalamunda Rd.

Although construction was scheduled to start in late 2006, as of January 2007 little progress has been made at the site, apart from the closure of the current liquor store.

Tenancy for the site has not been confirmed
