High Pitch Eric (sometimes spelled "High Pitch Erik" or "Hi-Pitch Eric"), was born Eric Bleaman on April 16, 1971. He lives in Forest Hills, Queens. He is a frequent guest on the Howard Stern Radio Show and is a prominent member of The Wack Pack. Eric received the name "High Pitch" because of his natural falsetto speaking voice, which makes him sound much like Mickey Mouse. Eric weighs over 300 pounds and suffers from erectile dysfunction, hyperhidrosis, poor eyesight, hypertension, gout and frequent toe infections. He was briefly in a relationship with fellow Wack Packer Wendy the Retard.

Eric is currently unemployed after being fired from various menial jobs (most recently from a Toyota dealership in Manhattan). He used to work as a baggage handler at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City, but was fired after calling in a false bomb threat to the radio station that originated the Opie and Anthony Radio Show. Eric has also worked in an office mail room and a concession stand in Madison Square Garden. He has also worked as an actor in adult films, including The World's First 300 lb. Gang Bang, Dynamite's 21st Birthday Gangbang, and Richard Christy and Sal Governale's film Supertwink. He also appears as a troll in Tabitha Stevens' 2006 movie The Shaman.

Eric has a long history with the Howard Stern Show, starting on August 15, 1997
Eric has made several prank calls for the Howard Stern Show. In the High Pitch prank call most often played on the show, he called Eric the Midget and poorly impersonated K.C. Armstrong, Artie Lange, Gary Dell'Abate and Kelly Clarkson. In particular, show sound effects man Fred Norris once often played the line "Who's High Pitch? This is Kelly Clarkson". Most of his calls are based on his awkward voice; in another he called the Walt Disney Company and claimed to be Mickey Mouse.
In another incident, Eric prank called heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne at the behest of Stern Show staffer Sal Governale. During the call, Eric insulted Ozzy, his wife Sharon, and his daughter Kelly. Ozzy became extremely upset by this and threatened to call Stern and inform him of the prank. Eric panicked and called Joey Boots and informed him of his prank. Boots, extremely upset by Eric's actions, told him that he was on his own and that if he got banned from the show, Boots would not come to his defense. Still panicked, Eric then called Howard Stern Show staff member Sal Governale, who responded similarly. Governale then called Ozzy pretending to be Stern and informed him that there was a High Pitch Eric impostor making prank calls to famous celebrities. Ozzy, unconvinced he was speaking with Stern, demanded to know who was actually on the phone. Governale quickly relented and told Ozzy of his true identity, further infuriating him. Ozzy threatened to call Stern and have both Eric and Governale banned from the show. After hanging up, Governale scolded Eric, who was now extremely worried that he would no longer be able to appear on the show. Unbeknownst to Eric, the "Ozzy Osbourne" he had spoken to was actually impressionist Billy Mira, who often does voices for the show. Joey Boots and Governale were also in on the prank. The entire recording was played live on the air at the expense of a visibly embarrassed Eric.
Other on-air moments revolved around his numerous money problems. Eric has been confronted on the show about several instances in which he defrauded people using fake credit cards and bad checks, and other instances where he invoked Stern's name in order to obtain free food and services. Several victims of Eric's schemes have hinted at possible legal action pending against him, including a limo driver (for a $2000 round-trip limo ride from Queens, New York to Boston paid with a phony credit card) and a nightclub owner (for a $600 Thanksgiving dinner paid with a bad check).
Questions about Eric's mysterious income also occasionally arise on the Stern Show. As part of a Stern Show television special, Eric was filmed in his apartment. Staffers were surprised to see that Eric's apartment contained a personal computer, two laptops, a big-screen television set, a DVD player, and an Xbox. Former Stern Show producer K.C. Armstrong also revealed that Eric owned a jet ski.
In October 2005, Eric appeared on one of Stern's Sirius radio channels for a 24-hour special in which Stern staff measured the amount of feces Eric produced. The food he requested included a bucket of KFC chicken, two large orders of mashed potatoes with sour cream and butter, biscuits with butter, Snickers candy bars, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, a dozen Taco Bell double tacos with extra cheese and guacamole, two deluxe Mexican pizzas, thirty White Castle hamburgers, six orders of fried mozzarella sticks, two foot-long tuna Subway subs with extra mayonnaise, three two-liter bottles of Coke and a bottomless pot of coffee to be used as a laxative. Stern and his crew wagered money on various aspects of the venture, including total weight of the movements, time of the movements, and number of defecations.
Stern has ridiculed Eric for his questionable sexual orientation. Though he denies being gay or bisexual, Eric has admitted to what many would consider homosexual behavior. For instance, a member of the Touch-Tone Terrorists once called Eric pretending to be a pornographic film producer. The prankster went on to ask Eric if he would participate in a gay adult film in which he would receive anal sex and a "facial". Eric agreed and was subsequently mocked on the air. In another instance in December 2001, fellow Wack Packer Elephant Boy (real name Fred Schreiber) spun the "Wheel of Sex" (similar to the wheel in Wheel of Fortune but containing various sexual and embarrassing acts) on the Stern Show for a chance to win an Xbox. Schreiber landed on the 'Paint Eric's testicles green with your bare hands' spot. Schreiber performed the stunt, and while Schreiber, Howard, and the rest of the crew were visibly disturbed by the incident, Eric showed no embarrassment. This caused many of the staff to believe that Eric enjoyed it. In a third instance, in March 2006, Eric revealed that he received a handjob from a male friend in a "penis-measuring contest". In each of the incidents, Eric stated that he didn't consider his behavior to be unusual or homosexual. In yet another instance, Eric appeared on the show to compete against Artie Lange in a treadmill-running contest. During the show, Eric admitted to recieving anal sex with a dildo from a dominatrix in a hotel room. Stern then contacted the woman to ask her to confirm the claim. She readily denied it and proceded to call Eric a liar. Eric, having been threatened to be permanently thrown off of the show if he was indeed lying, then reluctantly admitted that he had fabricated the story. The entire crew were left wondering as to why Eric would make such a false claim.
Eric has an intense fear of fish. On the same episode as the "Wheel of Sex" testicle-painting incident, Eric was also given a chance to win an Xbox. In order to do so, Howard Stern told him he had to lay on the floor with a 40 pound dead cod in his G-string for 5 minutes. Eric was visibly upset by the suggestion and nervously asked, "You don't have a real fish do you?", to which Howard acknowledged that he did indeed. Eric immediately refused to do the stunt, and K.C. Armstrong, amused by Eric's strong phobia, retrieved the fish and chased him around the building. Sal Governale would later do the same thing to Eric in 2006.
On March 6, 2003, Howard played a new game called "What Would High Pitch Do?" Howard played a prank phone call placed by fellow Wack Packer Joey Boots in which Boots asked if Eric would become a drug mule and swallow heroin-filled condoms for $5000. Eric readily accepted the offer.
On November 28th 2006, Eric joined "PCR: Prank Call Radio". He does weekly live shows with Stern Show alumni Zolar and Billy Mira. The show, which garners more listeners each week, can be heard on Monday nights at 9PM EST.
On March 14, 2007, Eric called in the show to announce he may have diabetes. Further tests are needed to verify his claim. As High Pitch Eric is known to have horrendous hygiene and dietary practices, Stern show members commented that it may be responsible for his disease.
