High Park Group is a public affairs and policy consulting firm with an office in Toronto. The firm took a leading role in the establishment of the Natural Resources Stewardship Project, an organization promoting global warming skepticism

In 2006 Tom Harris, then Ottawa Director of High Park Group (he moved to head the Natural Resources Stewardship Project [1] in September 2006), published an article in which he claimed that "the hypothesis that human release of CO2 is a major contributor to global warming is just that - an unproven hypothesis, against which evidence is increasingly mounting."
