High Maintenance 90210 is a six episode reality series that premiered on E! on January 1, 2007.

The show follows a group of butlers, nannies and chefs as they perform a variety of jobs for a very selective and wealthy clientèle. People who need to employ a butler, nanny, or chef contact a man named Jack Lippman of the Elizabeth Rose Agency. Jack then proceeds to contact one or more persons who will be sent out to work for the client. After a certain amount of time has passed, the client can either hire or fire their employee.

The concept for series was originally titled "Work For Hire" and was created by Jack Lippman and film producer Jon Sheinberg. A one hour pilot was commissioned by E! Entertainment Network and was produced by David Osper.

In October, 2006, executives at E! brought the pilot to executive producer Kevin Burns who further developed the concept and added new characters. Re-titled High Maintenance 90210, the series was produced very much in the style of The Girls Next Door (also produced by Burns).
