Hiemalora is a sea anemone like fossil. It has a sack like body with faint radiating lines which are recognised as tentacles.

Hiemalora has a body about 3 cm long.

Hiemalora was first described by Mikhail A. Fedonkin in 1982.

It is found in Sheepbed Formation, Sekwi Brook North, Northwest Territories Canada. It is also found Mistaken Point in Newfoundland.

The first species, described by Fedonkin, is known as H. stellaris, and a second species, described by Vodanjuk in 1989, is H. pleiomorphus.

Hiemalora is classified as class Medusae of the Cnidaria. It could also be roots attached to some plant, such as a seaweed.
