Hideko Takahashi

Hideko Takahashi is a children't book illustrator. She was born in Osaka, Japan and educated in at Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan. She later moved to the U.S. in 1990 to attend [Otis College of Art and Design] in Los Angeles.
