Hickory Regional Airport (IATA: HKYICAO: KHKYFAA LID: HKY) is a public airport located three miles (5 km) west of the central business district (CBD) of Hickory, a city in Catawba County, North Carolina, USA. The airport covers 739 acres and has two runways. It has recently opened a new building to serve the general aviation community. There are also several instructors who are based out of Hickory as well as airplane rental through the fixed base operator (FBO), Profile Aviation.
