College Of Engineering This college is started by a group of industrialist with the sole aim of imparting best education to the students. The HITA is established from the academic year 2001-2002 for imparting professional training in engineering discipline to the new generation. It is an attempt by BGPS trust to prepare the new generation to meet the challenges of changing economic scenario. The anticipated growth in market due to globalization and privatization is expected to create a greater demand for engineering personnel at various levels. The engineering program at HITA is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. B.A.M. University, Aurangabad. The emphasis of the institute is on providing specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunication. The institute provides additional training to the students as suggested by the experts from academic and professional fields. The Institute has all the required infrastructure as prescribed and verified by the all India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi. This college is situated in its own campus of 30 acres of land in industrial area of Aurangabad. Presently 4000 sq. m. of construction is complete and remaining construction is in process. Aurangabad is historic city of India World famous Ellora & Ajanta caves are very close to Aurangabad. Aurangabad is central place in Maharashtra, the fastest developing Industrial Center in India. The institute is promoted by successful and experienced industrial entrepreneurs & therefore the students have good opportunity of continuous interaction with various industries & better placements facilities. It is well connected to Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad by rail and road. Also air facility is available from Mumbai and Delhi. It is 90 Km from Manmad, which is on Mumbai-Nagpur route.
