Hey Now! is a song from Oasis' world-acclaimed 1995 album (What's The Story) Morning Glory? (see 1995 in music).

[edit] Song Layout and Lyrics

The song has a heavy rock feel, with all of the guitars put onto a distortion effect, akin to 1970s rockers Led Zeppelin. The song is in G major and in 4/4 time. The lyrics are written in the first person form, and talk about walking down Memory Lane and the fact that time slips away quickly, sometimes much quicker than one thinks.

[edit] Trivia

  • The song is only one of four on the album to not be released as a single (not including the two "Swamp Song" interludes).
