Talk:Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn/Bad Faith

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

[edit] Bad Faith, Survey Invalid, Shows No Consensus due to Bad Fatih

Please note that it was user JMax555 who originally proposed that the HOGD pages be deleted from Wikipedia if that is the only way to stop the bickering. I agreed with him. Now his original comments have disappeared from this page, JMax555 has not voted on whether the pages should be deleted or not. Additionally, one of the HOGD, Trolls put a message in my talk saying tha Max was only quoting admin. This is obviously a clever set up in bad faith by JMax555 and his cohorts to make it look like those of us who do not accept their historical revisionism merely want to have the pages deleted. Come on HOGD, Inc. trolls. Show some good faith for a change, stop trying to create the illusion of consensus and seriously seek to work out a compromise.--Zanoni666 17:07, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

Socks don't get to vote. Standard process on WP. You're saying that stuffing the ballot using socks is good faith? Got a mirror handy? Also, please see WP:CIVIL and WP:NPA, you can get blocked for personal attacks (i.e. calling people trolls) -999 (Talk) 17:10, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
As 999 mentioned before, its pointless to vote on the deletion of the article. There are plenty of editors willing to contribute, and sources. Just because there is "bickering" doesnt mean that an article will be deleted. See the Christianity's talk page. There are tons of disputes. The article isnt about to be deleted, so I wouldnt worry too much about it. Lets get back to a compromise. Zos 17:14, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

Then why did JMax555 propose the idea, then not vot on it? BAD FAITH! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Zanoni666 (talkcontribs) .

I indicated I would go along with the idea and not complain if it happened. That's still the case. But if it isn't going to happen, as seems to be the case, then the point is moot. - JMax555 22:33, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
As a matter of fact, Zanoni666, YOU first proposed the idea, on this Talk page, on 22:50 12 June 2006: (quote)"The other alternative would be to toss everything having to do with the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn entirely off ow Wikipedia."(unquote) So, were you making that proposal in bad faith? Or were you just joking? - JMax555 22:40, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

I am also not a troll, this is what bad faith is, Zanoni. One more personal attack and you are being reported. Zos 17:23, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

It is not bad faith merely because I do not agree with a SynergisticMaggot. By the way, this is NOT a personal attack. I can not help if the user chooses such a derogatory handle for himself :-)(Forgot to sign in)--Zanoni666 19:08, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

I was actually refering to the admin-incidents/reports page where the subject of deletion was first brougt up, and it wasnt brought up by JMax. Also, calling me a troll (quoting me directly from your talk page, so you were talking about me) is bad faith, and is a personal attack. And who is using derogatory handle? If you are refering to me, check my user page, its in no way derogatory. Zos 19:36, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
