Herb Robert (Geranium robertianum), cropped from a photograph taken on 24th April 2004 in Claremont Canyon Regional Preserve, Alameda County, California, by Stephen Lea.

Species identification by comparison with photographs in the CalPhotos archive, by familiarity with the same species growing in Britain, and taking into account distributions as given in the Jepson Manual.

There is just a risk it might be a fillaree, though, so it might be better not to use this image for the species page.
