Herzwerk II is the fourth full album from the German band Megaherz. It is the last CD to feature singer Alexx Wesselsky before he left with Noel Pix to form Eisbrecher. The final track, Es Brennt, which talks about the differences between Eastern and Western Germany, was included on the Digi-pack version of the disc, but was released online for download. It is still available, but in stream-only format.
