Hernâni José Oliveira Santos Borges (born 27 August 1981) is a football (soccer) striker from Cape Verde with good finishing skills. who currently plays for Desportivo das Aves in the Portuguese Liga and Cape Verde national football team.

He also hold Portuguese passport and previously played for Clube Desportivo Trofense and F.C. Pedras Rubras.
