Hermann Gummel

Hermann K. Gummel is a pioneer in semiconductor industry.
Gummel joined Bell Labs in 1957. Since this time he made a number of fundamental contributions in areas central to electronic design.
Hermann Gummel was the first recipient of Phil Kaufman Award (1996).
