Heritage Plaza is a 53 story, 232 m, tower in downtown Houston, Texas. The building, designed by M. Nasar & Partners P.C., was completed in 1986. It was the last major office building completed in downtown Houston prior to the collapse of the Texas real estate, banking, and oil industries in the 1980's. The building has 1.15 million square feet of lease-able space, of which a vast majority sat vacant until Texaco leased 550,000 square feet in 1989. ChevronTexaco (merger 2001) moved out of the building after its lease expired in 2004.

The building is well known because of it is in the center of the central business district skyline and for the granite Mayan temple design on the top. The granite and glass tower's design, reminiscent of a Mayan Temple, was inspired by the architect's visit to the Mexican Yucatán.
