Herefordshire College of Art and Design is an art school based in the English West Midlands, on the cusp of the Anglo-Welsh border. It offers art and design specialist courses in both further and higher education fields.

The College was founded in 1851. The Universities of Gloucestershire and Wales have thus far been held responsible for degree validation.
