[edit] Plot Summary

The Monkees, renowned quick-change artists, use their Monkee magic to give a cram course in history to a young girl. There's more at stake here than a high mark: the girl's father, a Marine veteran and owner of a classy country club, won't let the Monkees play at her sweet-sixteen birthday party unless she passes the test.

[edit] Interview Segment

Spontaneous, unrehearsed black-and-white screen tests of Michael Nesmith and David Jones from October 1965 are presented at show's end.
