Herbert I, Count of Vermandois

Herbert I of Vermandois (ca. 848/850 – 907), Count of Vermandois, lord of Senlis, of Peronne and of Saint Quentin, was the son of Pepin of Vermandois.

He married Bertha de Morvois. Their children were:
- Herbert II of Vermandois (c.880-943)
- Béatrice of Vermandois(c.880-931), married King Robert I of France.
- Cunigunde of Vermandois (-943)
- Adele of Vermandois
- Berenger of Vermandois, Count of Bayeaux whose grandson was Conan I of Rennes. This lineage is not given in Stoyan [1], but is given by Stirnet[2].
