Herb Hammer (born 1934) is an American politician of the Democratic party and a businessman in the Cleveland, Ohio, area, who unsuccessfully ran for the Democratic nomination for the United States House of Representatives in 2004, losing to Capri S. Cafaro.

Hammer started out as a sheet metal worker and rose to head three successful companies that manufacture industrial insulation.
