[edit] Episode overview
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
JD passes on the narration to Carla in this episode.
Carla feels threatened by a new Hispanic nurse who Janitor describes as a "young Carla". This eventually leads to her feeling insecure about her age and prompts her to get a fertility test.
JD and Julie's relationship is progressing fine, except JD cannot get over Julie's personal tic of saying "That's so funny!" instead of laughing. Turk and Elliot chip in to help him avoid ruining his relationship because of such a small issue, but eventually JD and Julie split up when he realizes her visions of their future together do not quite match his.
Spoilers end here.
