Roxie Gian was NEVER an architect. He had no more than a primary school education and was the first generation son of Italian immigrants to the US. He went on to become a DEVELOPER in Buffalo NY and it surrounding communities. Though he died in the 1990's, his firm Gian Construction still maintains offices in their TransitTown Mall location.

I don't know WHO provided you with the information that he was an ARCHITECT ( which denotes formal education/ training and such) but that person is completely wrong.
