I went there in 1983. It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere, a good 80 km from the nearest paved road. The Aussie park service has put a fence around it, though, and a very nice (unmanned) visitor centre.

 It is requested that a photograph or photographs be included in this article to improve its quality, if possible.
Wikipedians in may be able to help!
