Henry Lamb

Henry Lamb (1883-1960) was Australian-born British painter, and follower of Augustus John. He was a founder member of the Camden Town Group.

A World war II official artist, he is noted for his unusual portraits, as exampled by his well-known picture of an elongated Lytton Strachey.
