Henry Grey, 10th Earl of Kent

Henry Grey (24 November 1594 - 1651) was Earl of Kent from 1643 to his death.
He was the eldest son of Anthony Grey, 9th Earl of Kent and Magdalene Purefoy.
He was married first to Mary Courteen, daughter of Sir William Courteen. They had a son:
- Henry Grey. Considered to have died young.
He married secondly Annabel Benn,daughter of Sir Anthony Benn. They had two children:
- Anthony Grey, 11th Earl of Kent (1645 - 1702).
- Elizabeth Grey (d. 24 September 1714). Married Banastre Maynard, 3rd Baron Maynard. They were parents of Henry Maynard, 4th Baron Maynard, Grey Maynard, 5th Baron Maynard and Charles Maynard, 1st Viscount Maynard.
He served as the Lord Lieutenant of Bedfordshire appointed by the Long Parliament from 1646 to his death.
