Henry Brinley Richards (November 1, 1817 - May 1, 1885) was a Welsh composer.

Born in Carmarthen, Richards studied at the Royal Academy of Music, later becoming a professor there. His most famous work is the song, "God Bless the Prince of Wales" (1862), written in honour of the future King Edward VII of the United Kingdom. Brinley Richards died in London and is buried in Brompton Cemetery.
