Henri Pouzère

Henri Pouzère is a politician and lawyer in the Central African Republic. Pouzère ran in both the 1999 and 2005 presidential elections, losing both. He received about 4% of the vote in 1999 and about 2% in 2005.[1] After losing in the first round of the 2005 presidential election, he was elected to parliament.
