Henri Hauser

Henri Hauser [ozer] (1866, Oran - 1946, Paris), Algerian-born French economist, historian, geographer.

He was a professor of ancient and medieval history at the University of Clermont-Ferrand (since 1893), and modern history and geography at Dijon University (1903), history at Sorbonne University (1919-1936), economic history at the University of Paris (1921-).
