Henny Blomme

Henny Blomme (born 1975 in Ostend) is a Belgian classical pianist.

Blomme studied with Alan Weiss, Christian Favre and Joseph-Anton Scherrer. He specialises on Bach, Scarlatti, Chopin and Scriabin. His playing of Scriabin has become famous for its meditative and mystic qualities, refusing every indulgence to public taste and virtuoso effects. Blomme is also the composer of some works for piano.
