Henning Stensrud (born August 20, 1977 in Lørenskog) is a Norwegian ski jumper, currently residing in Trondheim, Norway. He debuted on the Norwegian World Cup team in 1996, and his 4th place in Engelberg 1997 and Oberstdorf 1998 is his best result to this date.
He also took a 4th place in the team event at the Ski jumping at the 1998 Winter Olympics.
