Henricus ("Henk") Gregorius Jozeph Kamp (born July 23, 1952 in Hengelo, Overijssel) is a Dutch politician. Currently he is member of the Dutch parliament for the conservative liberal VVD. Previously he was Minister of Defense in the Third Balkenende cabinet for the right-wing liberal party VVD.
From 1976 to 1994 he was a member of the municipal council in Borculo. He became a member of the Tweede Kamer in 1994.[1]
On July 22, 2002, Kamp became Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment in the First Balkenende cabinet. Since December 12, 2002, he has been Minister of Defense.[1]
