Established in 1961, Help the Aged is a United Kingdom based, international charity fighting to free disadvantaged older people from poverty, isolation and neglect.

Help the Aged has national offices in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland whose role is to manage their campaigns and services within the context of their own national or regional environment. As of 2005, the Charity employs over 1,800 people and has an income of £75 million per year. Research into Ageing is a British medical research trust with the charity.
