Hellyeah is a heavy metal supergroup featuring members of Pantera, Mudvayne, and Nothingface. The group has been writing and recording material in Dallas, Texas in the late Darrell Abbott's Studio for what will eventually become its debut album, tentatively due on April 10, 2007 via Epic Records, and is featured in Revolver.[1] The self-titled track, "Hellyeah," has seen satellite radio airplay starting in February 2007. They also posted the single "Matter of Time" on their MySpace page. A third song was added to their MySpace called "You Wouldn't Know"; the music video for this song was shot at The Clubhouse in Dallas, TX, on February 25, 2007.

According to Rockdetector,[2] the band finished album recordings in January 2007, and the single 'You Wouldn't Know', went to US radio in late February.

"You Wouldn't Know" is about the difficulty of maintaining one's integrity in the profit-obsessed music industry & "Thank You" is a shout-out to all of the band's recently departed family members: Dime, Maxwell's mother, & Gray's grandmother.

The first tour announced for Hellyeah is the Family Values Tour which takes place this summer and will be headlined by the band Korn.
