Heliconia hirsuta (syn. Heliconia costanensis Aristeg., Bihai harrisiana Griggs, Bihai hirsuta (L.f.) Kuntze) is an species of flowering plant in the Heliconiaceae family. This plant is an erect herb, which typically grows less than 1 m tall, and it is native to Brazil, Mexico and Peru.
