Heli USA is the largest helicopter tour company in the western United States based in Las Vegas, Nevada with notable tours of the Grand Canyon and Hawaii. According to their website, over 600,000 passengers have flown Heli USA tours.

A HeliUSA tour flight on Kaua'i experienced hydraulic problems and crashed at the Princeville Airport as of 3:02 pm local time on Thursday, March 8, 2007 killing the pilot "Helicopter Joe" Sulak, who has logged more than 10,000 hours in ever since Vietnam, and three of his six passengers one each from California, New York, and Nevada. It marks the fifth fatal tour helicopter crash on Kaua'i in less than four years.
