Hedingham Omnibuses

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hedingham Omnibuses is an Essex bus company founded shortly after WWI by Aubrey Ernest Letch.

The company has grown through a mixture of organic growth and purchases of other companies. These include C & R Coach, Little Tey, Jennings of Ashen, Kemps Coaches, Clacton-on-Sea, W Norfolk and Sons, Wents of Boxford , Freemans Coaches and G W Osborne, Tollesbury.

Due to Letch's bad health illness, it was sold and renamed Hedingham and District Omnibuses in 1960.
